Jinnae is an Air Force veteran and CEO of Professionals by Design and founder of HireGround (501c3) nonprofit. Highly requested executive-level facilitator. Recognized for her facilitation work on a Presidential level and ranked #1 lead facilitator among 100+ expert peers. Jinnae is a Keynote speaker to government, military, education, nonprofit, law firms, and corporations on the topic of Talent Management, Generations in the Workplace, Change Management and Women’s Leadership Initiatives. She provides advisory services for Veterans (thru Boots2Business) and transitioning military members who want to start a business. Jinnae’s company also provides Human Resources workplace challenges, Resiliency & Inclusion (onboarding Vets), and Leadership Development for fortune 500 companies.
Jinnae is certified in several Personality Assessments: CPP, FIRO B, 360 Feedback, John Maxwell Coach and and International Speaker, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Workplace DiSC facilitator, Five Behaviors, MBTI, PROSCI Change Management, Behavioral Based Interview Structure (BBSI), Generations in the Workplace, Diversity and Inclusion. She holds four college degrees all for the purpose to practice sound judgement and provide the best solutions to leaders/businesses in the areas of People Solutions, Leadership Development and Employee Diversity & Inclusion and Retention.

She serves as a Board member for: Manassas City Education Foundation, American Red Cross, Prince William Chamber of Commerce, Human Alliance Society, and Leadership Prince William. Jinnae is President and Chief Executive Officer for Professionals by Design (PbD). A Human
Capital/Organization Development Leadership Consulting business. PbD has been recognized for
Excellence in Business and Emerging Business of the Year. Jinnae is a lead facilitator for the University
of Maryland 2-day Boots to Business course for active military members who plan to start a business.
While holding tenure as a professor of Human Resources for master’s degree seeking students, Jinnae
founded HireGround a (501c3), with the mission of ensuring high school students have a solid plan
beyond high school graduation. In its first year HireGround was recognized with the Colgan Award for
community advocacy. This year HireGround was recognized as Veteran owned business of the year.
While Jinnae was recognized as Manassas Education Volunteer of the Year. Jinnae is often a Keynote
Speaker, for the government on Human Resource Retention, and Executive-level facilitator for business’s
strategic planning retreats, conferences, and Women in Business. Jinnae teaches “how to start a Business”
for the Fairfax location of Community business Partners.
In the past 12 months Jinnae was Vice Chair of a local nonprofit that aided in raising over one million in
scholarship assistance to high school graduates. As the Chair of a different board, Jinnae has aided in
managing a 10-million-dollar grant. For her own nonprofit Jinnae supplied new winter shoes for low-
income students, and convinced DSW and Target to participate. She has provided career development for
several hundred students which led to Macys giving her organization $2500.00 to buy interview attire for
her teens. Jinnae’s nonprofit purchased medical scrubs for the entire nursing program at a local high
school, and she convinced another business to join in and provide uniforms for the auto mechanic
students. HireGround partnered with the PW Library to create career plans for the PW Youth the juvenile
Detention Facility. Jinnae partnered with Edu-Futro (undocumented student program) to provide training
on how to earn an internship, post-graduation. HireGround was awarded over 500 thousand dollars and
used the funds to pay for career certifications for more than 100 local people in the healthcare, IT, HVAC,
and Cosmetology career fields. Jinnae’s non-profit also provides online tutorial for English as a second
language students to learn English with at least four of their family members through a grant awarded by
Sentara Hospital. HireGround was awarded funds to assist with the rent backlog for many Prince William
County residents. Providing rent assistance in the amount of $250k.
Jinnae served 15 years in the US Air Force - 10 years as an Education Training Manager, and 5 years as a
Law Enforcement Patrolman. During this time, she served special duties for the Philippines President and
a U.S President. She was promoted without testing for exceptional performance. She trained the Air Force
Honor Guard and performed countless military funeral services. Jinnae earned Non-Commissioned
Officer of the Year, Law Enforcement of the Year, and Exceptional Military Professionalism awards.
Besides this, she earned numerous military medals.
Jinnae serves the community as Treasurer and Executive Board Member for Prince William Chamber of
Commerce. Board of Director and Diversity for Red Cross Prince William and Loudoun, Vice Chair of
the Manassas Education Foundation, Chair of the Human Alliance, Board member for Leadership Prince
William, Committee Member for Manassas Career Technical & Education. Task Force-Prince William

Jinnae has been married for 37 years to Lew and they have three adult daughters. When all is calm Jinnae
prefers to dance, play scrabble or kickball with her four grandchildren.
